दुनियाँको सवैभन्दा अग्लो टावर दुवईमा निर्माण हुदैछ । यसको इस्टिमेसन अर्डर सन् २००३ मा भएको थियो र निर्माण कार्य भने सन् २००४ बाट शुरु गरियो । साथै यसको निर्माण अवधि ४ बर्ष राखिएको छ । सन् २००६ सम्ममा यसमामल तयार गर्ने र २००७ सम्ममा टावर पूरा गरिने लक्ष्य लिइएको छ । भने यसको लागत Dh800 million budgeted गरिएको छ। उक्त मलमा १००० पसलहरु रहने छन् । पाँच मिलियन स्कवायर फिट यसको स्पेश रहनेछ भने १६००० कार पार्किङ गर्न सकिने सामथर्ता यसको रहने छ । अरु पूरा इन्फरमेनको लागि तल हेर्नुस् ।
